"Moving interstate is very difficult, particularly trying to find a rental property and Renee was very helpful in getting us into our property without stress and any issues.
Throughout the whole process she was very professional, helpful and most importantly just lovely to deal with and friendly in general.
Our experience with Sunshine Beach Real Estate was a very positive one in regards to all aspects of our tenancy such as the application process, moving in, maintenance, vacating etc.
Sue later became our Property Manager and we found her to be very good to deal with, particularly during the vacating process at the end of our tenancy where she was professional and accommodating.
We have had issues in the past with many Property Managers who have a lack of interest and just don’t care, so it was refreshing to deal with such lovely, happy people who are good at what they do.
We highly recommend renting through Sunshine Beach Real Estate and have been very happy with the services they have provided and how approachable they have been.

We recently stayed in a holiday rental property and it was fantastic!  The ladies (Karen & Helen) at Sunshine Beach Real Estate were amazing to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.  We found the service to be prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.  The property definitely exceeded expectations as well.  We will definitely look to book holiday properties and even our potential purchase of a property through SBRE.

Fantastic service - with a smile! Thanks to the great team at Sunshine Beach Real Estate!  Plenty of holiday rental choices & super informative  friendly & helpful staff. We rented a great apartment and when we arrived fresh from the USA,  the staff at SBRE made us welcome immediately!  

We plan to return next year and would highly recommend Sundhine Beach Real Estate to anyone!

I turned up at an open for inspection for a rental that was advertised as open from 4:00 to 4:30pm. I'm from Melbourne. I'm a teacher and a contributing good citizen. I turned up at 4:15 pm when the property manager was exiting with another viewer . She noticed me and pressed the gates shut . I approached her and asked if she could please take me through the place . She replied that i was too late . I then replied that it says open until 4;30pm. She then said that they normally don't open for that long but it clearly stated this on the website . She said sorry but we are not going back in there since it is tenanted . Would you like to come back for smother viewing . When would you like to come ? I said , I start work tomorrow and I just saw this and was excited that I could get there ! She refused to take me through . 
I thanked for her lack of efforts ! I rang the office and asked to speak with management who both happened not to be at their desk. They are meant to ring me back . There was an obvious bias to who this property manager decided to make an effort for since she didn't seem to be in much of a hurry speaking to the other viewer outside the gate! I'm flabbergasted at this poor service and bias!
