We recently asked Ray White Maroochydore to manage our unit in Alex Heads because we were not satisfied with our previous agent.
Mitch and the team were fantastic in listening to us and providing all the information we needed promptly to engage them as our agent. Mitch then advised us of potential tenants within a day, had inspections lined up and had a signed lease with quality tenants within the week. Amazing service, excellent consistent communication and a plethora of quality tenants on the books means that our property is in safe hands. Nothing but high praise for Danni and the rest of the Property Team at Ray White Maroochydore. Throughout our tenancy, our interactions with the Agency were always positive; From the fast and efficient application process, to the reasoned approach to maintenance requests and periodic inspections, and ultimately the considered and streamlined property hand-back procedure. 

We have no hesitation in recommending Ray White Maroochydore to both prospective tenants who want to be treated fairly by their Property Manager, and to Owners who are looking for an Agency that genuinely cares about the ongoing condition of their property and has the professional capabilities to manage the tenant/owner relationship equitably.

Massive thanks to Kayla, for doing everything she could to get us into our new home. She went above and beyond helping us find the perfect property. 
Special mention to Millsy and Alex, without you guys and all your efforts we wouldn’t have ever linked up with Kayla and we would still be dealing with all the other uncooperative agents in Maroochydore. The Team at Ray White Maroochydore should be proud of the way they treat there clients!!

Can not speak highly enough of Jason Mills and his team. He took our property on board after we had a really average experience with another agent. The difference in service offered between the two agents was so stark I could not believe it. Jason was amazing, he provided regular contact, feedback, advice and was there every step of the way till the sale was made. We’ve learned a lot in this stressful time and the biggest thing I now know is to find a good, honest agent who goes above and beyond first time round. Jason will be this for you and your property!
