Staying here for a week, asked for fresh towels and was told rooms are done weekly, therefore we have 1 guest soap to last a week per person. (So after 2nd shower, no soap) One spare roll of toilet paper. Wardrobe door broken and won't slide. Door stopper broken off at floor and just left as is. No screens on any windows. No exhaust fan in bathroom. If you have window closed it turns into a steam room, have the window open people sitting on balcony next door have full view while you in shower. (Hope they enjoyed me showering. lol) Had to program tv remote as channels were all over the place. Remote for dvd didn't work. Won't be staying here again

Great facilities. Amazing location. Acommodation is dated but clean. The appartment had everything we needed and more. Magical views and walking distance to woolworths and the cotton tree esplanade. Only let down was no airconditioning in the appartments but weather was fine so luckily we never needed it anyway. One thing we really liked was the free library, jigsaw puzzles and games on loan and you can hire canoe from the reception at a very reasonable price. The kids had a ball and the heated pool and spa is the best we have used in maroochydore. (We have stayed at 6 different high rise apartments along maroochy river over the years). The accommodation was very very well priced for peak season. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. We loved our stay and highly recommend the Northcliffe.

Just dropped in to pick up something from reception. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location, with a short walk to shopping and beach life! Rooms and comfortable and spacious with a great view of the ocean. Would highly recommend!
