The booking process was smooth but then any time we had an issue they were uncontactable and unhelpful. Since we have returned from our holiday we have followed up with them and they were going to get back to us, but never did. Don't bother going here, choose another travel agent.

Started off well at the initial booking. Then anytime you email or call your travel agent, they are away and "will reply to your enquiry upon their return" to which you never get a reply. For someone you may rely heavily on whilst overseas, they are away a lot and not the most efficient...
