Highly recommend Roxy at Flight Centre Maroochydore! I had a very tricky trip to book and she was so patient and understanding with what I was needing. I felt listened to and she delivered exactly what I needed. She had a lot of travel experience too which helped immensely. Thank you so much for making my dream trip come true
Walked in the store Tuesday afternoon with 2 staff members having a joke with each other, 1 lady at her desk alone , 1 lady out the back n 1 lady with some clients wanting to talk to someone about travel insurance .The guy having the joke with his work co-worker try’s to explain to me why he can’t give me a quote because I don’t have appointment and everyone is waiting for their “next” appointments . By the time he explains all this to me, he could have given me a quote . He then informs me that I have to wait “2 days” for someone to be able to call me and books me an appointment for my travel insurance quote. Still waiting for the call 5hrs after the allocated scheduled time ! Pathetic Service !!
Flight Centre Sunshine Plaza: They were busy and we decided to wait, which wasn't long. We informed the agent we wanted to book a flight. She quoted a price almost dbl those we had seen online. We asked about their price matching & if she could find a cheaper flight. Her whole attitude changed and she became totally disinterested. She informed us they only price match prices listed on airline websites - I then showed her the same flight for cheaper from the airline, she didn't respond, just looked at us. At this point we realised we weren't going to get the help we were looking for, so we thanked her and left. I will not be returning to Flight Centre at any time in the future!
I would never use Flight Centre again, once they have your money, they are not interested in helping you any further. The online booking system doesn't work, so don't let them use that as an excuse. I made 2 face to face bookings with Daniel, I received confirmation both times & was sent a reminder only to show up the 1st time, it was his day off & the 2nd time I waited 40 mins before I walked off in disgust. I have since sent him an email, with no reply. Absolutely useless!! Definitely an independent travel agent next year.
I went to Maroochydore branch excited to make a flight enquiry, but the agent didn’t entertain me because he said i don’t have any appointment and i said there is no customer there and he said to me that doesn’t mean that his not working i felt like he didn’t really want to give me his time i was so disappointed because my husband has always used your business without any appointment and agent entertain him with no problem at all. I don’t have any idea that i should make an appointment to make an enquiry.

3 times i tried to phone & once walked in to make a booking enquiry, was told to make a booking online. They obviously either don't need my business or very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere, Scru Turner !
With the lack of assistance Flight Centre have provided it just makes sence to book all of your travel yourself at home. At least that way you know the job will be done correctly.
A lovely lady named Amy Woodward organized our return flights to Cairns for a last minute holiday we decided to have. We are very grateful for her help in organizing & making it an easy experience. I never got to actually meet her as she made it so easy to do over the phone. Thankyou Amy we had a great holiday :- Kylie Bruce
Travel Agent Amy Delpero was absolutely AMAZING SHe saved us hundreds of dollars through booking and also got my family and I travelling with better travel times and with a better airline for our upcoming overseas trip.
