Naomi would have to be The BEST travel agent we know. Her knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail is beyond all expectations.  Not only is she a fantastic organiser, she listens to you and she dovetails your wants into a great experience. We've had 3 wonderful journeys with Naomi at the helm.

Had a great experience with the new manager of this store! She was understanding and listened intently to the problems we had with a previous consultant. She sorted our travel issues and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Definitely worth giving this store a second chance.

Absolutely hopeless. We tried to book flights with their agent Amelia on a Saturday morning. She made multiple errors with the booking including misspelling my name. We tried to call and email her during business hours for the rest of the day with no luck. We finally got through Monday morning and the fare had increased by $3000. Will never use Helloworld again.

Avoid this Travel Agent ! Michelle at Maroochydore promised she'd look after me ! Itinerary was useless with hotel prices completely inflated to ridiculous $$. Felt like it was put together in 3mins without any consideration of my requests/suggestions. Absolutely no follow up whatsoever; no phone calls; no service; no care at all. Cannot understand how they're actually in business.

I have had nothing but positive and professional service from the crew at Helloworld Travel. The prompt service and sourcing of holiday deals was terrific. Thank you Naomi and staff.

Urgent flights requested. Empty promises for call back over two days. Full details of flight path and numbers were provided...all they had to do was secure a booking and take our cash. Flights have increased in priced due to incompetency. Will visit comcompetitor. Lost our business and won't return and.....will tell family and friends to go elsewhere.

I  have  not  had a good experience with Helloworld. They dont return calls and  I  still dont have the information that I  asked for.  Basically I would say contact someone else for holiday information and bookings.

A pleasant experience all throughout, Karl and the team were very prompt with communication and have made and gave several great recommendations. Definitely my go to travel agent.

I've always had fantastic service and support from the Manager and staff.. great business for my travel needs.
