Just walked out with 2 pairs of lovely shoes after eyeing up this store online for a while but never made it in. Was looked after by Tracey who acknowledged me and was super helpful - nothing was a problem. The other shop assistant was also very pleasant : shopping with mature and experienced people makes for SO much more of a pleasant experience than most of the 20 somethings who would prefer to just play on their phones and gossip. Thanks ladies
Super duper helpful staff. Great range of shoes. I bought 2x pairs of Ziera Comfy Slippers 2nd pair 50% off. Big fan of Ziera footwear because they have orthotic friendly designs which is really important for us 40+ women lol.
A wonderfully successful visit to Ziera Albany to find shoes for my elderly Mother. We were so lucky to be helped by Debbie who was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We left the store with 2 pairs of fabulous footwear for my Mum, both of which are a game changer for her in terms of comfort and suitability for her problem feet. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this shoe store and Debbie’s outstanding customer service.

Fantastic selection of attractive and comfortable shoes, with a great range of colours and styles. Some fits are extra wide to accommodate a wider foot, but still attractive in style, and a number of the designs have cushioning for comfort. In person service is excellent and they are also super fast with online deliveries.
An absolute vital and important shoe store. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave a lot of assistance. The shoes are amazing, so soft, so comfortable, well worth the price. Most shoes are orthotic/brace friendly and easy to put on and off. Very important. These shoes helped me feel human again.
Went into the Albany store today, 3 staff on, was there more then ten minutes. Staff were to busy fussing on a group of older ladies, which when they left eventually, not buying anything. I was completely ignored the whole time I was there, having found one pair I wanted to purchase and waiting to have some sort of service to try on another pair I was interested in also. Very, very poor service. Most of the shoes I own I have bought from here. Time to find another company now. I went back today after quite a few months, because I really do find their shoes are the best around for me. Debbie was wonderful she went the extra mile and I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes both bargain prices. My faith in them has been restored. Thank you Debbie. From the previous one star I have upgraded it to 4 stars..
I had nothing but a fantastic customer experience through the Albany store. Shop assistant Debbie went out of her way to assist in a purchase for a gift not once but twice, insuring the delivery of the shoes was made in time, even when the shoes needed to be sourced from another branch on the other side of town over the busy xmas period. Best customer service experience I have received all year 2017. Thanks again. Julie
I would never go to this shoe store again. I ordered a pair of shoes. After a month I hadn't heard anything so I rang them. It took them 2 days to find my order in their system. Eventually they did and said they hadn't arrived yet. Two months after I ordered them they arrived. Not their fault that it took so long. They rang and left a message that I could come and get them. Before I got there they sold them to someone else. Their systems are so archaic that they can't keep their stock in order.
Great place. Spoilt for choice. I am so happy with my new footwear. Shoes for every type of foot. Tracey and the rest of the staff real make you feel special.
