went shopping on the 2nd of Jan 18 and it was sooo busy, however the staff were all there helping with questions and queries. Jennifer (according to my receipt) was amazing, she spend lots of time trying to find my daughter and I the perfect pair of shoes for our travels. She went above and beyond to get me the shoes I wanted. I def would go back to this store in future.

Had such a great shopping experience in this store yesterday. Used to try and shop in the store on Queen Street but always found the staff didn't look like they wanted to be there and the music was waaay to loud so wasn't very comfortable shopping there. Thought I'd give platypus another try in another place and boy! I'm so glad I did. The girls in there made my time shopping so much fun. Didn't go in looking for anything in particular and left with the most awesome looking pair of Doc Martin's I've ever seen and they were so cheap! Haven't taken them off since I got home.. just trying to break them in. 😣 ah! But honestly, the two girls that served me in store were loving there job, working crazy hard and managed to make every single customer smile! Good job girls. I'll see you soon. Thank you so much!
