The worst customer service experience in a very long time. I came in with my daughters clearly looking to spend. I have never been to a ziera store let alone any shoe shop where the assistants, both of them, completely refuse to serve. Specifically I asked if they thought the shoes fit...the answer was given from 2 metres away behind the counter. I then asked if they could suggest some styles for my daughters. I was told by the lady. No not really. I then found myself finding younger styles on my own. If this was my business I would get new staff. I have never seen shoe sales people avoid getting down and checking shoe fit or sizes. I had to write this review because it was such a low level experience. Shame on both staff.
A disappointing shopping experience. Whilst the employees were very friendly they were excessively slow. I think I was in the store over 35 mins trying to buy a few pairs of shows. The number of questions and chit chat over the counter was excessive and kept people waiting even longer. I was overcharged $50 which I luckily picked up on before I left the shopping centre. Had the same shoes been easily available at Myer or David Jones or my local shoe store I would have left the shoes behind and moved on. Not a free trinket did I receive after spending over $600 in shoes. Great shoes - reasonable prices but very slow and poor service.
Very friendly customer service. The shoes recommended by the staff, Vena provided good support to the over pronation foot of my sister. Thanks for the great recommendation! Sure we will visit this store again.
Shoes are great for authotics. But they are super expensive, even with a sale they are no cheaper than $80. The staff are extremely unhelpful and unfriendly too. Puts you off complelty.
