Great service here. Purchased shoes in the past and still have them 2 years on. Recently just made a few more purchases for the family and myself. Would recommend this place if you're looking for a nice cheap shoe!

1star - TERRIBLE Got swollen toes and blisters from wearing them for an hour-Terrible highpoint betts customer service. I would say,this is the worst shoes I have ever bought. This is one shoe company which do not know how to make shoes.They have failed in every which way to make a shoes.The best part is ,the look of the shoe somehow matches to be a shoe .rest all is garbage. I could not stand more than a hour .Got swollen toes and blisters from wearing them; definitely have to throw them out. Highpoint store customer service is extremely bad.I wanted a bigger size shoes and they were so lazy and kept on ignoring my request and trying to sell the smaller size .While I went to return them ,they were so rude and they dint care how I feel .All they said the shoe is worn so they cant get the shoe back. If I would not have worn it ,how would I know about the killing boots. I am soo disappointed about the service,the boots .I am one disappointed customer and I would never step inside this store again and not letting my friends do the same. Do not go by looks.These boots are just not worth the money.

Horrible service. The only person working there at the time I was there (lady with short bleach blonde hair with a side fringe in around her 40s) was on the phone to her friend the entire time we were in there! Didn't get off the phone when we walked in and only said "hold on" to her friend once to ask her if we were right for the size of one of the shoes we were looking at but didn't offer assistance for any other shoes. Also was awkward as we couldn't ask for her assistance as we felt rude even though she was the one that was being really rude by being on the phone whilst clocked on. Won't be going back to this store again.

Terrible service. Worst ever!!! Very rude and arrogant staff. This meant to be a kids store, the staff look like they don't belong there, can't even get a smile out of them not even for the little kids. No wonder everytime we walk pass there no noone in there.
