We came in at Christmas time and it was very busy. My partner and I were served by Therese - the bubbliest and kindest girl we have ever met. She was so helpful and friendly and made our very stressful shopping endeavour fun and stress free. Thank you Therese for giving us unbelievable service during the busiest time of the year. We left with a great pair of shoes and a wonderful experience.
I can’t praise the store manager Therese high enough. She was so accommodating & helpful on the day. But above everything nothing was too hard and did everything with a smile on her face. What an incredible service and will definitely going back to Hype thanks to Therese.

Bitterly dissapointed with my experience at the Highpoint Hype store. I recieved shoes from this store as a gift however, they were the wrong size as the sales assistant was not aware of the difference between american and english sizing. I returned them and they ordered in my correct size. Today I got a text to say my shoes had arrived. I tried the new shoes on and noticed scruff marks on the side of one of the shoes. The sales assistant tried to clean them at the back of the store. Upon her return I noticed they were wet on the bottom. On further inspection it was obvious the shoes had been worn as the sole of one of the shoes was extremely dirty as the sales assistant had tried to clean them. As the same time the laces on the shoes were also scruffed. I do not understand why the store members do not check the quality of their merchandising before they try and sell it as new.
Amazing service and recovery from Abbey. 5 star in all aspect as if she owned the shop.
I was one of their loyal customer and I bought five different sneakers Specially the one at the high points Thinking this shop is one the best shops in Melbourne but not long after I ask them to swap one of the shoe that I bought wasn't my actual size and I wasn't asking a refund all I was asking was to swap but the guy with tattoos was a horrible and he Will be the reason why that beautiful sneaker house will collapse. Just to let that tattoo guy a sneakers business depends on customer bringing another customers i use to bring the cool kids with me but not anymore.
