Went in looking for a pair of heeled boots, was greeted immediately, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The boots I bought look great and are super comfy!
I’ve visited the Highpoint store a few times and the staff at this store are incredibly rude, they need training on customer service. I wanted to purchase a pair of boots, they didn’t have my size in store so I asked if any other stores or online had my size in stock which I was told no. After looking online and calling around to other stores, they had my size.
This is last place on earth i like to spend my money on, the worst one ! You guys would wonder why the comment are so different, 1 star or 5 stars? Because of the colour of customers skin, white and the others!

The employee working on 11/11/21 in the evening with short blonde hair and glasses was completely ignorant of customers waiting when she closed off the door. I understand that there is a capacity limit but no one was monitoring who comes in and out. I stood at the door for 15 minutes straight with her just glancing over at me without greeting or communicating the situation.
The level of customer service that your staff have in this store is 10/10. Everyone is so lovely & does not pressure you into a purchase. I have dealt with both Christina and Carol who have both been so lovely. I will definitely become a regular customer in the highpoint store!
My vulnerable younger sister went to Jo Mercer Highpoint and was hassled by staff. Told to buy a specific pair of shoes. She mentioned that she would 'come back a different time' then was pressured and forced to purchase a $150 pair of shoes she didn't like. Due to store policy, she is unable to have t he purchase refunding as it would be considered a 'change of mind'. Store has nice shoes, but the behaviour of the Highpoint staff member was unacceptable. No means no.
I was dreading The Quest to find shoes for a formal event in 2 weeks time but Charlotte B was a bloody delight & we were sorted within about 7 minutes. It was a very positive experience so thank you Charlotte, you made my day!
Jo Mercer Highpoint is easily my favourite JM store. The staff there are sooo lovely especially Lisa who always want to help and make sure I am satisfied. PS they always have the most amazing shoes as well! My go to store when I am need of a new pair of kicks, no matter the kind!
The lovely lady who served me on Wednesday was helpful but not pushy, friendly but not over the top! Fantastic service and I love my new leather flats!
