Easily the best desk I've ever had! As someone who works from home, it's important that I have a nice desk, and that I'm able to stand and work to prevent future mobility issues. I've had other electric sit/stand desks in the past, and none of them have felt nearly as sturdy and solid as this one. It's very well made, easy to put together, and the cable management system I got with my desk is fantastic. On top of that, everyone I've had any interaction with at Zen Space Desks has been very pleasant and easy to work with. Great experience all around, and as I continue to expand my setup, I'll definitely be returning.
I recently purchased a Standing Desk from Zen Space Desks. The customer service team were very helpful in guiding my choices as I placed my order online. I wanted to pick up the order from the warehouse the next day and the Customer Service Team were able to make that happen. The unit was easy to assemble. I did have an issue with one of the monitor arms and Lewis personally delivered me a replacement on the same day that I rang in with my issue. Very happy with the whole experience and love my desk.
My desk had multiple delivery issues lateness, and a driver delivering part of my shipment to the wrong address, and I initially had difficulty getting a timely response from Zen Space Desks, who did not wish to provide a direct response to my request for a refund of my shipping fee, and attempted to shift blame to the delivery partner. I had to coordinate the delivery issues myself with the delivery driver and the shipping provider. Eventually, after a bit of a run around, the desk did arrive - and it’s fantastic! Solid construction, easy assembly - I look really forward to using it! The product is amazing, though I was initially not happy with the purchase experience from ordering to delivery, as well as support. Lewis, the owner personally reached out to contact me regarding my experience and rectified it promptly which was beyond my expectations! Would purchase again!
AMAZING quality products and superior customer service. Wow, where do I start… the team at Zen Space Desks have gone above and beyond to help improve my home office setup. In a world where customer service is often sacrificed to reduce operational costs, great customer service is not yet dead with Christine, Lewis and the team all going the extra mile to help me. The craftsmanship of their products is fantastic. Sure, you could go with a budget setup that uses MDF/particle board and is manually adjustable, but I use my desk EVERY day and see it as an investment on my health and wellbeing. My back and shoulders had been giving me issues from using a static desk, I can already notice an improvement after 2 days. I have the Zen Pro Ergo Edge Sit Stand desk and am yet to come across a higher quality product. The tabletop is solid with no flex, edge is perfectly bevelled for my wrists, electrical motors are quick to adjust yet precise down to the millimetre. The cable tray hides all the cords and really declutters my home office. It’s great to see an Australian business doing well. I'll definitely be back and will continue to recommend Zen Space Desks for anyone who wants a well-priced and high-quality stand-up desk.
Bloody Great Desk! This desk is awesome! I don't want to leave my study now! Very easy to build and use - and it was designed very well with all its accessories in mind. It looks nice and provides a great standing option for when you need to stretch your legs a bit. I would also like to give a shout out to Rebekah and their customer service team. They are very accommodating and respond quickly to queries. Give these guys a go if you're looking for the total package.
Made the investment on the frame only after building a reclaimed timber desktop as a lockdown project. The team at Zen Space were awesomely helpful in sorting out what I wanted with a key factor being able to upgrade to a bigger desktop size when space enables me too. Stoked with the setup now excuse the lack of cable management yet! and the investment has been well worth it.
Awesome Desk I had a standing desk before this one. It was weight rated the same but used a single motor one one leg and then gears to drive the others. When it broke, monitors and laptops were damaged. I chose the Zen desk because of the super sturdy design and the smart motor engineering. Each leg has it's own motor which gives the desk more lifting power and more stability. LOVE this desk. The accessories and power options were a great bonus. Would buy again and highly recommend. Ignore all my mess, but the point is, there's a LOT of heavy stuff on here
I love my Zen Space desk - and the customer service has been outstanding. After almost two years, it stopped working. I called the company and after we worked it was the power unit, they sent me a new power unit which arrived two days later. Five star product and service.
After extensive research and shopping around, I finally settled on a Zen desk. The 10 year warranty is a big plus. Best decision to get the castors to go along with my desk. Allows for flexibility in room setup and the locking mechanisms are strong, meaning there is no table wobble when secured in place. Recommend a long extension cable that can follow the table around if you decide to change it up for a day. Had no issues with the additional few CMs added to the overall height and base heights of the desk. I am 170cm tall. The drawer is also great to keep the desk free of clutter and tidy. Pictured is the Medium size 1500x750 desk.
I’ve had my Zen Space desk for around a year now. Delivery was quick and set up simple at the time. Unfortunately the varnish on the desk has started lifting in multiple places along the front edge which looks awful. It’s a pity as aside from this it’s a great desk.
