Extraordinarily helpful.  I contacted LaserChange to find a solution to a recurring problem with my ageing HP Printer. Brent's advice was to the point and very well informed. As a result my printer works as it used to for the first time in years. Excellent service!

Great bunch of people who really know their stuff. Despite our frustration trying to fix issues internally, one call and they promptly fixed our many issues with network business printers in no time at all. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending them on for sales and/or service. 👍

We have been dealing with Brett and the team for many years now and "good luck"to anyone else trying to get our business, their customer service is unsurpassed - someone had used the last cartridge and didn't advise me, I rang Brett and an hour later the new one was in the printer!  Thanks guys for saving my A**  on more than one occasion :)
