I work for an NDIS organisation and, as a Disability Support Worker, I am required to do shift notes for each shift I complete. On numerous occasions I have been in the middle of doing my notes on PocketWatch when the system collapses and all my work is lost. The work cannot be retrieved, which means I need to start all over again. Very unimpressed. What type of software system has no back-up? MYP prides itself on its efficiency - I beg to differ.

Our organisation has not been able to send an invoice for two months from MYP. MYP have not acted urgently or displayed any interest in fixing the problem. They do not care about the successful operation of our business. They do not return phone calls or emails when they say they will. They do not fix bugs that they create. You are not a priority. Find a different CRM / booking system for your own benefit.

Integrated platform software which means you only have one login for everything.
