We have been thrilled with our latex mattresses we purchased last month. Most of all however, we really appreciated the assistance that Tiffany provided in our decision-making process to select the mattresses that were right for us. There was no pressure at all - we did not feel under any sort of obligation. She made us feel that she wanted to help us to decide what was right for us, and to take our time in coming to a decision. We found that the prices from Zen are very competitive. So with good service, good prices and a great product backed by a good warranty, we have full confidence we made a wise purchase. Many thanks - we recommend Zen very highly to others.

It's been about 3 months since I bought a king single futon from Zen beds and I'm loving it! I wanted a bed that could fold up into a chair to save space in my bedroom when I want to stretch and do bodyweight exercise - it's perfect! When I went into their showroom they had all different types of mattresses of which I wasn't sure. I went with Dan's suggestion, it's so good that if I sleep on any other bed my back complains and can't wait to get back home. Everything Dan said he would do... was done on time... with excellent communication. Thank you for my comfy sleep and peaceful rest :-)

Cannot thanks Dan and Tiffany enough for all they have done. We are so happy with our latex mattress and are no longer spending our nights tossing and turning- best nights sleep I've had in years. Our bed frame has become the centrepiece of our room, it is absolutely stunning and you can tell just by looking at it the high quality wood that was used. We've received so many compliments on it. We will defiantly be returning in the future, thanks again guys.

I have bought two beds from Zen Beds, one for myself and the other as a very special gift after I was so satisfied with my first purchase. Both beds have been amazing. The handmade quality of both the frame and the mattress is apparent from the moment you rest your eyes on them. The design is simultaneously minimalist and intricate, and the comfort level has definitely not been sacrificed for the looks. I have had my mattress now for a number of years and it has not let me down. The support and comfort has not wavered over the years and the mattress itself has not broken despite the number of times I’ve thrown it around whilst moving. The mattress is also great even without the frame. It provides excellent support laid out on the floor and makes for a great guest bed. My Zen Bed purchases have been of excellent quality and my customer service experience has been nothing but friendly and welcoming. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything and everyone I dealt with only wanted to make sure that I made the purchase that was right for me. This place is highly recommended!

We’ve got 2 of these amazing beds and bed frames. We have had one for years and we were compelled to get another. Dan is super knowledgeable and committed to ensuring we got the healthiest solution for our family that met the high level of comfort that we were chasing. All of our guests that sleep on the older one in the spare room ask where we got it because it’s so comfortable, so it’s not just me that thinks so! Can’t recommend highly enough.
