Leonie from Zeitgeist Health and Fitness is amazing. She is so very knowledgeable and she structures a very strong, focused and targeted full body session. I know when I walk out I’ve grown further in my goal of a strong, mobile and dynamic body. Leonie has created a very inviting space and being a mum herself invites children if they need to come along. Leonie always checks in and invested into your journey. 100% recommend!!!!
Leonie is such a knowledgeable and down to earth trainer. I’ve worked with her for two years now and have been supported through my postpartum journey. She takes the time to know your goals in order to deliver a personalised program and accommodated around the fact that I am a busy mum of three children. We have worked around my limitations while also achieving pushing me to achieve goals which I thought were out of reach. She has the perfect set up for Strength and Pilates and provides education, tips and a program to work on at home. Leonie has a holistic approach to health and fitness and is genuinely passionate about helping others. She is also an amazing person to chat to.
I have been training with Leonie for several months to help overcome a lower back injury and improve my core and pelvic floor strength. I am feeling the benefit of the personally tailored program and one on one coaching that Leonie offers. She is supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable.
Leonie is a fantastic trainer with a wealth of knowledge, whose very capable to work with all ranges of fitness levels, ages, abilities, pregnancies, injuries etc.nMy well being has improved immensely since trying pilates, the aches & pains have become minimal now due to being shown how to work out correctly & safely.nI personally enjoy being apart of the Zeitgeist Health & Fitness community, the gym is always clean & it's a real calm, friendly & welcoming environment that is consistently helping me improve with every session I attend.
I’m very grateful to have been referred to Leonie despite being initially apprehensive. I’ve sampled other home gym/reformer setups and the experiences left much to be desired. Leonie is different, she’s the real deal and I enjoy that every session is both structured and varies from week to week. Leonie provides encouragement to rise to the challenge but also modifies when necessary. I appreciate her down-to-earth style, experience, and knowledge.nnReformer days look something like this.nBefore class: Woohoo, looking forward to seeing Leonie. nDuring class: Silently seething at Leonie for the burning ball of fire in my thigh, hip, butt, shoulder, core…everywhere.nAfter session: Yay, Leonie is the best!
