I first started going to the gym at 18 years old and by 20 I already had my first personal training. Before Motion I had 3 personal trainers and they were all good in their own way but at Motion I was offered a more personal approach. They really look at the big picture and focus on diet as much as training. The program is very detailed and focused on your personally. I have come a long way since joining Motion losing weight, building muscle, lifting heavier and even learnt a lot. As a woman, childbirth changes your body so working out is a priority and having a trainer really helps. Harmen is also very knowledgable and can answer any questions you may have and knows how much to push you. The group sessions are also well executed and fun. Great atmosphere and a great team Stephanie and Lorenzo are also super helpful at challenging you to reach your goals. Much recommend for any fitness level.
Great gym with the most knowledgeable trainers. I’ve been looking for a gym for awhile after Covid ended just to get back to a routine and I’m so glad I found this gem. Harmen challenges you ar every training session to make sure you are continuously growing but also understands that your body needs rest and some days are good while others are not, so he will pay attention to that and adjust the workout accordingly. Lorenz is another wonderful trainer who I had the opportunity to work with.
