Amazing studio, best placesl I've ever trained. Great people, Dave the head coach and owner is exceptional and is highly qualified and passionate. We are lucky to have such an awesome gym in Caboolture, playing it's part to change peoples lives and create a stronger, healthier community. Great location, parking,  pt, group sessions, good availability of classes and awesome fb page.

Having followed Dave and this gym for quite some time, I participated in a few sessions as part of Open Week and recommend Onward Fitness to those that enjoy  group training, support and encouragement, and happy faces. I'll definitely be back - and thank you to everyone who has made me feel welcome this week.

Onward Fitness in Caboolture is truly a gym for everyone. Dave and Bianca are dedicated, innovative personal trainers who will work with you to reach your personal fitness goals, whatever they may be. The gym is like no other that I’ve been to - no mirrors and no egos, but with a strong spirit of community and support among members. Onward offers morning, afternoon and evenings classes on weekdays, as well as boot camps and yoga classes on Saturday. I joined Onward Fitness 6 months ago to help with my recovery from a heart attack, and completing a 6 km run at boot camp last week was a real highlight for me. This would never have been possible without the help and support of Dave, Bianca and the Onward “family”.  The principals of Community, Commitment, Courage and Integrity are proudly displayed on the walls of the gym and are evident in the way Dave operates the gym and how he runs his business. This is shown clearly in the association of the Onward with the Mates 4 Mates charity foundation and in the new innovation of Manward, aimed at helping men in the Caboolture region with their physical and mental health.  If you want a gym that will help you improve your fitness and much more, then give Onward Fitness a go!

When I joined Onward Fitness I was looking at getting a bit fitter, but with the fantastic variety on offer and the support and motivation I have exceeded my fitness expectations. I love my morning group sessions, they are a great way to start your day with a fantastic bunch of people. I have started doing yoga on a Saturday morning which is a very relaxing way to finish off your week and kick start your weekend. 
Caboolture is lucky to have such fantastic personal trainers in Dave and Bianca and I would recommend giving Onward Fitness a go, you will not be disappointed.
