Our whole family attends classes here, and they’ve all become our second home! It’s my first time learning any martial art, initially I was pretty nervous and felt super out of place! But all of the staff and other members have been so helpful and helped me get into it, now I’m comfortable and push myself into something new or harder with confidence. The family atmosphere is amazing, a great gym to learn in and an even better bunch of people to be around. Every single person is there to be better for themselves and the energy is great. Mike, the owner, is knowledgeable, will push you when he sees you need it and will support you if you need that too. I’m still only beginning but am confident enough to step in with the more experienced boys and girls and push myself further, they all look out for me. I couldn’t ask for a better experience personally from all of you, thank you team!
I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. My son, 11 years old, is an anxious boy. When I brought him here for his first night, he was almost in a panic and asking to leave. Then one of the other boys from the teens class came over and introduced himself in a confident but calm and reassuring manner. I could see the anxiety drain from my sons face immediately. Since then, he has been thriving in the teens class. I’ve seen many gyms, and that type of confidence and kindness comes from the culture developed by the owners and leaders of the gym. Thanks guys. Kelly. Time for an update on my review We’ve been coming for a few months now and I just can’t speak highly enough of the teens class, especially the 2 big boys Tavian and Alex. They show incredible leadership and help other kids like my son with their training, both with skills but also with grit. The are an excellent example of how martial arts can shape young boys and girls into great men and women. Thanks guys
Awesome place to get started with martial arts. Every session is being supervised by at least 1 professional staff member to avoid injuries and to look after their students. The timetable has a great variety of workouts from young age to adults and the team is welcoming everyone.
I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the team here. Mike is not just a great coach, he also cares about his members. The amount of time and money he has put into the place to make it the best possible gym for his members is borderline insane. But it definitely paid off, LCS is easily the nicest and best equipped martial arts gym I’ve ever been to. The rest of the staff are all highly skilled professionals with their own unique skills and coaching styles. You really feel like you’re covering all bases when you get to learn under so many amazing coaches. Keep up the good work guys.
Great gym! Everyone is very welcoming. Trainers are highly motivating. I'm loving the variety in every class. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Love it , great atmosphere, great people, great teachers. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn self defence and improve fitness , so glad to be a part of it
