Story

Zeally Bay Sourdough (ZBS) is a wholefood bakery established 2007 in Torquay using a family-kept leaven that is more than 30 years old.

We are the first artisan bakery in Victoria to offer premium Certified Organic breads grown organic and made by hand.

Our small team of artisan bakers apply technical knowledge together with traditional craft to create attractively crusty breads that are light with a complex flavour and a pleasing crust.

We make our full-fermentation sourdough slowly over 30 hours. We blend organic and biodynamic ingredients to create sourdough that is free of commercial yeast or added glutens and preservatives.

We care about quality and we care about your health and the health of the planet. We don’t believe that our food should contain chemical pesticides or GMO's. That's why we bake organic. ZBS is Certified Organic because you deserve the assurance that a regulated claim brings.
