I am so incredibly happy with my nails. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this place is amazing! I was shocked at how good my nails looked at the end, they were better than the reference photo I showed! Great service with friendly staff!
My nail technician was so lovely and did a great job, however the man at the front wouldn’t let me pay up front, which I usually prefer to do because I get regular polish with my manicure and it takes a while to dry so I didn’t get my finger nails done. If your going to go here I would suggest booking and getting gels or shellac, they don’t seem to want regular polish customers.Service: Pedicure
The most appalling and painful pedicure I’ve ever experienced in my life!! I paid $60 to be tortured for an hour. My toes are still hurting 8 hours later from where they were nearly dislocated in the process and from the girl running the file over my toes for 20 mins until the skin was red raw. Was charged for “removing” SNS from fingernails… yet I’ll have to go to a different salon to have the rest removed as I’m still wearing half of it. Wish giving negative stars was an option.Service: Pedicure
Waited 40 minutes to get gel nails taken off even with an appointment, they are really understaffed. Although, When I get gel tips they always last about 4 weeks which is good.Service: Manicure
I have been going here for the past two years but the two most recent times I’ve waited 45 mins even when having an appointment. Never again, overbooks all the time.

Lovely girls, who did me and my bestie nails!!! I very much love them, great pricing too. Though downside is that it's cash only, but overall would defo be coming back!!!
I consider I’m a pretty patient person, always getting my toenails cut and painted, three times here they have ignored me when Ive said I don’t want a pedicure and have previously charged me for the pedicure I never got! Today again they tried to charge me for a pedicure when I said I didn’t want one, and refused to cut the smallest piece of skin next to my nail because I wasn’t getting a pedicure? Awful experiences every single time, but i have felt it is necessary to give them another chance mostly because it is convenient! I definitely would not waste my time when there are plenty of nail salons in Torquay with MUCH better customer service. Don’t normally post any negative reviews but felt the need after repeated bad experiences
Over priced for an older salon with very old nail polishes. The staff were friendly but there are better options in torquay for much better priceServices: Pedicure
