I ordered an iced latte and it had the most awful bitter and burnt coffee aftertaste. The quality of the coffee at Zarraffa’s is always consistently very good but unfortunately not today. This isn’t my usual store and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I don’t get how every time I go here I wait so long for one short coffee.nIf this place was flat out I wouldn’t be complaining.nIt’s the fact there is a couple of people before me 3 times in a row now and I’m left waiting waiting waiting for my coffee.nI leave plenty of time before I go to work to stop by.nBut its just getting ridiculous. Mind you coffee is the worst zarrafas.nI can tell with watching them make it that they don’t care.nSad as it’s a local.

Rude young girl maybe 18-21 was very obvious they didn’t want to be there. Food was taking a while while we were sitting down. We were waiting for it to be called out and she smugly walked past us and said by the way your foods ready on the way to the toilet. Our food and drinks had been sitting there for over 5 minutes. Partners drink melting and the ice melted in mine. All the girls in the store had no enthusiasm, felt very awkward to order anything. Do better.

Great staff! I just wanted to express my deep gratitude. While traveling from Brisbane to Sydney, i stopped this shop for brekkie. I left my bag behind due to my own oversight.nnI'm incredibly grateful to either a fellow patron or one of your staff members who discovered my bag and took the initiative to safeguard it. They also went above and beyond by contacting me and assisting with the retrieval process, including informing the bank staff and my uni. Inside the bag were my passport and all essential IDs.nnTheir honesty and integrity are truly commendable qualities.
