Great staff! I just wanted to express my deep gratitude. While traveling from Brisbane to Sydney, i stopped this shop for brekkie. I left my bag behind due to my own oversight. I'm incredibly grateful to either a fellow patron or one of your staff members who discovered my bag and took the initiative to safeguard it. They also went above and beyond by contacting me and assisting with the retrieval process, including informing the bank staff and my uni. Inside the bag were my passport and all essential IDs. Their honesty and integrity are truly commendable qualities. I didn't actually go here yesterday. I think it's pinged me here because I went so where close buy or drive past. I generally don't go to Zarraffa's. I tried their coffee's a few time couple of years ago & just wasn't to my personal taste. Looks nice & clean from outside. I am sure the staff are fantastic.
I came in to the Reedy Creek cafe because I had a couple hours between jobs so I thought I’d sit in and read for a while. I was warmly greeted by Tay and Min who were working so well together that I was moved to ask the secret to their working happiness. A very brief and friendly conversation ensued and we shared a few laughs. Even though there was no one inside they were busy keeping the cafe clean. I recommend coming into the Reedy Creek Cafe when Tay and Min are on duty.
Great place to grab a coffee, nicely tucked away around the corner. Wouldn't know it was there , inside and outside seating available Wheelchair accessibility: Disability parking spots nearby, easy access for those in wheelchairs to grab a meal or a coffee
I love a zrafs, always have. The customer service I received from this particular location was PHENOMENAL. The friendliness from the staff was next level, literally a FUN interaction while ordering coffee. Genuinely a dose of sunshine in this rainy weather we've been having. Thank you Oh and the coffee was absolutely amazing too, the service just outshone any drink I've ever had.
Just was in got my chicken cheese ciabatta and want melted so returned it and the burned it so she just put it in the microwave not really a toasted chicken cheese ciabatta. Everything else cold very unhappy

Fantastic Staff, I was served by Jordan today and previously served by Mia - the staff here seem to more than just barista’s - they’re people who love people. Their service and a great coffee absolutely made my Sunday morning!
Coffee was good. Was expecting a price through but it was walk in only.Food: 3/5
