i visited this zarraffas this morning 23/6 and knew it was worth a review. the two girls working were so lovely and welcoming. alot of places now lack good customer service so it is so refreshing to find a cafe which contains well made coffees and amazing customer service. my coffee was ready within 2 minutes, quality and speed is a great skill to have and they definetely have it. i cant wait to visit again.

Avoid.. Never been to a bad zeraffas.. untill now. Damp and dark atmosphere, 1 person behind the counter, over charged for my coffee, and it was terrible.. visited Mon, 1st of jun 2026.. normally good stores with good coffees and below average food its the formula that works.. this place didn't get the memo.. if your on the M1 north bound deffo worth going to Nerang. Don't stop here.

I ordered an iced latte and it had the most awful bitter and burnt coffee aftertaste. The quality of the coffee at Zarraffa’s is always consistently very good but unfortunately not today. This isn’t my usual store and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Staff could do with some customer service training, ask how they are and they just stare at you. Don't call out your drinks and when you see it sitting there for awhile ask another member sorry what's this? - response with ugh I don't know and has to go look it up.nIf you dont enjoy your jobs there are many others you can try - First experience here disappointing.

Great staff! I just wanted to express my deep gratitude. While traveling from Brisbane to Sydney, i stopped this shop for brekkie. I left my bag behind due to my own oversight.nnI'm incredibly grateful to either a fellow patron or one of your staff members who discovered my bag and took the initiative to safeguard it. They also went above and beyond by contacting me and assisting with the retrieval process, including informing the bank staff and my uni. Inside the bag were my passport and all essential IDs.nnTheir honesty and integrity are truly commendable qualities.
