Shocking food I spat out served me extremely old Chicken avo toastie! Can’t believe I bit into it. Was sick  for 2 days! Will be contacting head office! Zarraffas has really gone down hill bad!

Lots of staff & was very busy at the drive thru, so we ordered inside. Service was fast, considering. Fusions were delicious. I asked the staff member for a napkin since they had run out at the self serve. She walked away & never bought me one, so I left.

Coffee was fine but the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Stick to the drive thru as we found it quite noisy, cramped and uncomfortable inside.nnTaste: /5nValue for money: /5nCustomer service: /5nAtmosphere: /5nnWill visit again:

So many times I have gone to this Zaraffas for them to give me the wrong milk. I have dietary allergies which has meant I have had too pour it out. I’ve returned on a few occasions to get it changed but this can’t always happen. If its a different milk pay attention as it can make people like myself very sick to get the wrong one. Also in drive through they talk over you trying to upsale your the food to the point of being pushy and it makes it hard to  even get your coffee order out. I try not to stop here as it’s usually always wrong and makes me uncomfortable

Probably the worst of the chain that I've ventured in to. It appears that unless you're drive through then you're treated as second class.  Specifically asked for no butter on my banana bread - it came buttered but having waited so long for it Drive through was busy - cafe wasn't I couldn't wait for it to be replaced- ended up binning it. Coffee was very average - not hot enough. Service slow and tables hadn't been cleared.nI've previously  loved Zarraffas coffee and visited plenty in the past,  but will definitely avoid this one.
