I and my boyfriend always liked this little cafe because there aren’t many around the area that stay open late. However, the coffee was quite disappointing, it tasted much lighter than usual, water taste : I really hope Zarraffa can maintain its usual standards because this has always been a favorite spot of mine.
Popped in for a quick breakfast on our way to the airport. Was quite busy with both walk ins and drive through. Staff were happy, smiling and engaging. Observed the manager training a newer staff member and was very impressed with her calm and patient manner despite the fact that she was multi taking across doing all her other work and pushing out the orders.
This Zarraffas can get very busy. We had our coffee inside the cafe, not the drive-through. Coffee always on point for flavour consistency. Creamy & smooth today. Ordered double shot flat white. Service was fast & staff pleasant.
Stopped for some chocolate fusions after soccer, line up was out the driveway so decided to go into the store. Fast and friendly customer service, drinks were made quickly and delicious
The morning crew cannot make a proper coffee to save their life so we go to the bakery in the mornings now, my wife and I will come for coffee in the PM if we want a late coffee. The PM/afternoon staff seem to change and we get a better coffee. Thanks, Ken and Angela
