This Zarraffas can get very busy. We had our coffee inside the cafe, not the drive-through. Coffee always on point for flavour consistency. Ordered double shot flat white. Service was fast & staff pleasant.
Coffee rated as 8/10 by my partner. My iced chocolate was nice - very sweet, though. The spinach and ricotta rolls were very nice indeed. We sat outside as it was too noisy to talk inside when they were making coffees.
I go to the Nerang drive through on most Monday & Tuesday mornings & get a large flat white coffee, the coffee is good but the staff need to be retrained in customer service, they are more interested in what they were doing the night before than to say good morning to the customer, than it’s here is the coffee with saying a word, this is not the first time this has happened. Not good service.
This place is very busy. The coffees were good. The food was reheated, not fresh. Staff were perfunctory but not very friendly. I guess that's a product of being super busy, particularly via the drive through. Parking was challenging but there were seats available inside.
Shocking food I spat out served me extremely old Chicken avo toastie! Can’t believe I bit into it. Was sick for 2 days! Will be contacting head office! Zarraffas has really gone down hill bad!
