Great service and great food at good prices

Rude staff. Average coffee. The lady who served me (who I assume was the owner) was very unpleasant. No smile or hello, just "next please". The coffees were then dumped on the counter for me to come and retrieve. Coffee was average as well. I won't bother going here again.

Sunday mornings are the domain of coffee shops the world over. Good coffee, good food, good vibes. From my experience this place has none. The pickings are scarce in Nerang and a cursory Google search isn't reassuring. This place was rated 3.4 on Google review with every written review in the last 4 months at 1 star. But enough preamble. The store was quiet and open the menu comprehensive and promised all day breakfast, burgers, and snacks. Prices range from $5-20 with the signature 'luv a big standard's at $16. I chose a Texas toasted rib fillet sandwich and a coffee. Service was quick and not unfriendly, although the aging staff were socially awkward and made abrupt comments to customers as they pottered around the store. The coffee was uninspiring and the Texas rib was a steak sandwich. Overall the experience was equivalent to a rotary club bbq and for $20 probably too expensive. Standard fare with average service. The best Nerang has to offer. Make the effort to drive to drive another 20minutes for something better

Luv a Coffee may be a franchise, however any one individual business is only as good as its staff. So all I'll say is it makes the grade, tasty meals and beverages, prompt service all at a very reasonable price. What more could you ask?😁

I would love a coffee, but not from here again. Way too hot, milky, and it had a Burnt Coffee flavor so the water was too hot and burnt the coffee. Overall was a pretty bad coffee. Older lady who served me was unfriendly and impatient, and it was only 10.30am. The only thing nice about the walnut carrot cake which was a rubbery tasteless packet cake, was the walnuts.
