A big thanks to the lovely management and staff at Zarraffa's Coffee Bankstown for kindly allowing me to use their space to provide free JP services to the community. It’s wonderful to have a local business that genuinely cares about helping others.nnThe staff are always welcoming, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend Zarraffa's Coffee in Bankstown for their amazing service and strong community spirit!
I was just here like 10mins ago when I got home I open up to see my avo sand which BROWN. The first time I got it was nice but this time it’s almost as if they don’t give a damn and just want the $$. It has no flavour it was just plain mush. Whoever made it this time did a horrible job. I’ve never been served this kind of avocado before. At least let your customers know about it before misleading them.
Decided to grab a quick breakfast here and it was amazing. I got the matcha ice late with strawberry foam and the ham and cheese le crunch. My husband got the spinach and feta roll and absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back!
While heading to Toymate down the road, we noticed this place that looked like a Starbucks. Since we no longer visit Starbucks, we decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did! This place is terrific; the coffee was exceptional, and the frappe was just as impressive. Definitely worth a visit. Great quality coffee for sure. Side note: Zarraffa offers drive through which is amazing in itself.
This place has outstanding customer service, we are not just a transaction to them, they genuinely care. They go above and beyond to create a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression. It's the little things they do that make a big difference, like personalised attention, genuine empathy, and the willingness to make you smile in any way they can, and most importantly their coffees are amazing.
