The worst service and food that I have seen in a San Churro. The churros we ordered were good but the shakes were absolutely disgusting literally tasted like water and sugar with no ice cream in them. When we told the staff about the shakes and that we have had them before not like this he smiled and said it’s a new recipe! Terrible customer service
Easy ordering via the app for Churros for 2 and milkshake. Staff service was very good and churros came out in good time. Excellent churros - Light and crunchy with a decent dusting of cinnamon sugar with a generous amount of dipping chocolate. Cookies and cream milkshake was a bit warm though. Was here on a Saturday night so it was busy and quite noisy. Have been here on other nights when it has been much quieter and has a nicer atmosphere.

Ordered a huge slice of cake for a special occasion, MJ did a great job of decorating it for us. The cake looked great, tasted amazing and the customer service was fantastic, thanks MJ, I really appreciate the extra effort you put in.
MJ served me today and she was very helpful and friendly. Her customer service was EXCELLENT and I give her 5 STAR!!!!!Food: 5/5
Staff are nice. Atmosphere is fun. Chocolate cake and cheese cake are okay not fantastic. Coffee in told is amazing. Chocolate feckless are awesome too.
Worst place and service ever. We drove all the way here 40 min on the basis that it closes at 10.30pm as represented on the website, only to be told at 9.55pm that they are closed and can only offer what is available in the window chocolates. When we said we had come because we understood they close at 10.30pm, they argued with us that there they are closed despite their opening hours. The service was disgraceful they showed no empathy. One of the staff then wanted to jump over the counter to attack my brother in law because we queried the service and products available at 9.55pm. Honestly not worth it. Service is disgusting and this is complete misrepresentation on the website. The staff are totally inept and the manager Phil shows no leadership to his staff and was totally and utterly unable to communicate. STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST SPENDING MONEY HERE
Coffee is always hot and churros always fresh. I just want to give a big thanks to MJ for her friendly and positive attitude. She definitely goes out of her way to provide the best service she can.Food: 5/5
