I normally try to make light of my bad experiences but this time I'm just going to be blunt. Coming from a family that brought me up with one, I normally have a soft spot for them. The shop is run by a father and mother who only speak Mandarin and rely on their daughter who only speaks about 5% English. I was the first customer in before 2 other groups but because they didn't understand what cake I wanted the one they had in their shop front display they decided to serve the people next to me. After making 3 milk teas a group of Mandarin lads walked in and they decided to ignore my order for a second time. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I've been to plenty of dodgy joints. On a good note, this has given me plenty of time to warn people what they might encounter at this store. 12 minutes at the front of the line and still waiting for a cake and drink. Edit: brought the cake home to my fiance for her to eat and to our surprise, the cake was frozen... It was like Elsa accidentally forgot to put her gloves on before making the cake. Or it was deficated by Olof after he had really bad Thai.
I usually don’t comment, but I can’t let this one go. Horrible service. Hired one high school girl to do an all rounder... she was just on her own. The shop didn’t meet my expectations and had to cancel the cake and refund my money.
Why the cake I bought on Sunday is frozen inside! Not fresh at all!

Bread are great, unfortunately some of the close without any notice, not happy
Good price and milk tea quality, but needs more staff for such a busy area.
I like the chilled mango sago cream with pomelo and gold ingots here
