The poorest customer service I've received from the store manager Lucy or Louisa and her assistant manager in men's section.nI literally spent over $500 in 8 pants and the manager asked me to pay extra 20 cents for a low quality cardboard bag and when I asked if they can throw it for free or should I put them on my shoulder and take them out, she rudely said yes this is their policy.nAnywhere you spent some money they happily put their products in a bag for free of charge except them apparently.nAnyhow she was so rude and asked me to leave the store or she call security however I was calm and very polite.nnI never buy from Zara anymore because of the worst experience I had with their manager today.
I purchased 3 items on Friday the 28th June from Zara Bondi Junction. I initially got 2 black pants and 1 white denim and 1 black top. Then I changed my mind and wanted to have only 1 black pants 1 white denim and the black top. The girl at the counter said my bill is 165.85. I paid by card but was not too happy as I felt it was a bit too expensive. Then I went to the counter and asked the girl if I could change the black pants to the other black pants. She took it and said it's the same price and for me to take the other pant. I was a bit disappointed as I had an appointment to go to. But I felt something was not too right. So I added my sale items which came to 135.86. I have already reached the train station but I was so upset I thought if I don't resolve the problem I will never be able to claim my money back. I went to the store and they were refusing to refund the money even though they knew it was a mistake. I was so angry as I just completed this transaction not 20 minutes ago. They wanted me to call the customer service. I asked them to call the customer service as it is they who did the fault. Anyway to make it short I went to the store today and the manager guy says maybe I have to call the customer service department. I said please you call the customer service as it is your fault and sort out the problem. The counter staff do cheat. I have no idea how to solve this problem. They should pay me compensation for the humiliation they make me go through. I will be visiting tomorrow the Bondi Junction Zara to resolve the problem taking the items I bought on Friday. Zara I will not stop. I will call the police to resolve. You may go through your cameras and find out what happened. Please note you need to check the bill as they tend to cheat. The items add up to 35.95+39.95+59.95
Customer service is appalling. None of the phone numbers provided connect you to anyone, just a recorded message telling you to go online. The online chat function freezes after the first message is sent and it takes over 5 minutes to have an agent respond to you after which you can't reply because the chat function is frozen. For such a large and profitable company the customer service capability is shocking. You have lost me as a customer for good.
Well presented store! Reasonable price with class. Happy to come back for their bargain.
Staff are extremely rude and incapable every single time I have to come to this store.
