I have never had a bad experience here. Love their range. They have items that aren't available on the website like most Arc stores in Australia, but with the added bonus of not selling out instantly as the Galleries store has opened and stolen a few of their customers. Very quiet and overall nice store too, staff are always very attentive.nnWhat elicited me to write this review, however, was the after sales support I received after one of my pants was strangely damaged following an incident that is not normally covered under warranty.nnThese guys gave me a direct exchange of the product on site in less than ten minutes, support of which I've never received from any outdoor store.nnI was losing a little faith in Arc as a whole after some of the horror stories online, as well as from a major pilling issue on one of my other pieces, but I have to commend the Bondi staff and store for being a diamond in the rough. These guys will consistently be the only Arc store I shop at simply due to their stellar customer service and support. Thanks a million, guys.

First time in Bondi Junction, amazing customer service by Sydney. He really took the time to explain all the products of interest and answered questions really well. Very knowledgeable with hiking!
