I bought a hooded define three months ago and i just noticed it is pilling. When I went to the store, the staff was very friendly in helping me resolve the issue. Although I couldn't exchange it for the same or my preferred color, their patient and kind attitude made my evening very pleasant. I hope the beautiful girl who helped me also has a wonderful evening.
My partner and I were in Lulu Lemon shopping. She works in the emergency department at the Prince of Wales Hospital. When going to the counter to provide her Nursing ID for the Emergency Department. She was questioned and humiliated as if she was lying about exactly what she does. This was all while wearing her nursing uniform after been in the ED all day. Supposedly she is not entitled to the Nursing discount. But the policy in place is questionable? As it is for firefighters, paramedics, defence force, volunteers, SES etc etc however for staff on the frontline in the ED it is not? Please remember the Prince of Wales mental health team spent 12hours+ a day supporting the local community.
How nice it is to go into the change room and be greeted with a helpful, happy person like AJ who also remembers your name. All the staff were actually super helpful and we had a great shopping experience!

As someone who prefers to try on clothes before making a purchase, I have always appreciated the option to return items directly to a physical store. However, Lululemon's insistence on steering customers toward online returns feels like a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. This approach not only adds unnecessary steps to the return process but also makes it more cumbersome and time-consuming.nnThe online return process itself is far from seamless. After spending a considerable amount of time trying on the items I ordered online, I discovered that the fit and quality didn't meet my expectations. Naturally, I wanted to return them promptly and without any hassle. However, instead of being able to walk into a nearby Lululemon store, I was forced to navigate their convoluted online return system. It involved printing out a return label, packaging the items, and arranging for a courier service to pick them up. This entire ordeal was not only an inconvenience but also an unnecessary waste of my time and resources.nnFurthermore, the lack of in-store returns undermines the trust and confidence that customers place in a premium brand like Lululemon. When paying top dollar for sportswear, one expects a hassle-free shopping experience and the peace of mind that comes with being able to return items conveniently. By limiting returns to online channels, Lululemon sends a message that they prioritize cost-cutting measures over customer satisfaction. It feels like they are prioritizing their bottom line rather than maintaining their reputation as a brand that values its customers.nnIt's worth noting that many other premium brands in the industry provide the option for in-store returns, recognizing the importance of convenience and customer satisfaction. Lululemon's decision to neglect this fundamental aspect of customer service is disappointing and leaves me questioning their commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
Good brand but the worst management of staff. Really disappointed!The worst shopping experience in Lululemon store in Sydney. Sales have bad attitudes especially who named Victoria and Jasmine. Very rude, mean and unprofessional. They refuse to handle after sale problems and pretend to be the manager of the store when I asked to talk to the manager in store.nExtremely poor customer service attitudes, passing the buck when faced with customer inquiries, refusing to address customer requests.
