If you are expecting good customer service, do NOT look here. Although the ladies at the register are bubbly and lovely, the changing room ladies are the exact opposite. Poor girls at the register have to be coworkers with such miserable people. I understand retail is hard, but blatantly being rude and arguing with attitude to loyal customers is not on. Love their clothes though.

Store was a mess not really their fault they can’t keep up with the dozens of teenagers in the store at every moment and staff weren’t helpful or friendly. Hard not to bump into people constantly.nnI imagine it’s on purpose, but the layout of the store is super hard to navigate. Clothes aren’t categorised by style or colour or function so you have to make 10 rounds to find a different colour for what you’re looking for. The employees are always busy and don’t seem like the approachable type.
Very friendly staff. Massive store! Biggest I have been to! Pretty crazy inside but love the clothes and vibe! Def worth checking out!
I absolutely love this store there're always these nice and cute pieces of clothes you can buy! I've been happy with anything I've ever purchased from this store. I've been going to this store since they opened and customer service has always been good in an easygoing and casual way.
