Dr Mishra understanding proactive and effective. Very professional. She has looked after me and my kids for 10 yrs. I will always choose her as our family GP.
I have been a patient at this practice for over a year. seeing Dr Susmuta. She has treated me for various issues. I am happy with her treatment, competence, professionalism, and patient relationship.
Twice in one week Ive had a phone appointment but am being rung over an hour after. I ring up to double check if im actually on the list.Tuesday was an 'emergency' today was hes running behind due to patients taking more than their 10min. Ive been told he hasnt started ringing his patients yet tho why you wouldnt ring in order of patients being booked instead of at the end of the day what is the use of booking if im waiting anyway. Make longer bookings and see/ring patients in their order of booking. Severely disappointed all doctors seem to think they are above us with their time. Patients run late its rude, doctors run late and we just have to sit and deal with it. We have to put our lives on hold for them. Inconsiderate of them. Julie was absolutely amazing and I wish her all the best.
Dr Subrat Mishra has been our family Dr for years. He has always made us feel welcomed and listened to. Never have I felt I needed to just get to the point and rushed. He always asks about how I am and my family. Appreciated him and his wife.
I’ve been sick book appointment for a phone consultant. Last week Taking awhile to book for appointment and they are booked out my call consultant 9.20am then I rang after hour and I get told he ring when ever why book I’ve been there since they open local in deception bay and plus I can’t go back to work unless I get better as I work at a school
Very professional setup and very experienced doctors. It’s quite hard to get GPs that you can trust, especially with kids. Personalised care is their USP and they have a very practical approach to health care. Our experience has been nothing but top notch.
We have seen both Doctors for the best part of 10 years. We have followed them from previous practices because we have been so impressed with their level of care. Excellent with children and really make an effort to know their patients well.
Very friendly and approachable staff, All doctors are experienced and very professional. It is fantastic they have other services to offer either in the clinic or beside. I will continue to go there for many many years to come.
My Doc is Dr.Mishra, I always feel happy to see him, as he always has a smile & greets me like a friend, he's a doctor that puts great effort into getting to know his patients, a great man with talent as an artist, the center has some of his artwork on the walls, if he could play cricket as well as myself he'd be even more talented lolz On a more serious note he's not like most doctors these days, that just want you in & out asap ! He's helped me so much I'm forever grateful Great medical facility with adjoined pharmacy. Clean & quiet, enough room to feel comfortable while you wait to see the doctor. Doesn't have that crowded, hectic feeling, like most medical centers ! Situated in a quite street, easy to get to & plenty of parking. All staff are polite & helpful, very efficient & no waiting & waiting to see doctor, with the mobile app "Hotdoc" your in control of making your own appointment, the mobile app is possibly one of the greatest apps I've ever used & that's coming from an I.T professional, its so easy to use, it even let's you know where you are in line as soon as you walk in the door !!
New Impressive modern Dr’s surgery . Well equipped Mini theatre, emergency room, Pathology, Psychologist and Pharmacy all in the one place. Bulk billed. Professional and kind staff with loads of experience. Plenty of parking and quick turnaround patient time. Can’t ask for more. Love this place already.
