Awesome pub. Food is always top notch, recommend the Parma and pot deal on a Monday. Trivia on Mondays is actually really fun, good regular crowd turnout each week. Drink prices reasonable. Great local, underrated.
Number 1 Parma in Melbourne! Stellar service, and it’s like going to a friends place not just a pub. Killing it at the game. The hot sauce I’ve already ordered it! the fresh rosemary on the chips - legend! The pickled garlic & fennel in the salad is damn smart and freaking tasty! Brilliant just brilliant and the banter, the fun and the recommendations hit right! Thanks and see you soon!
Had a booking for 12:45pm. We were the only table in the bistro area 7 people. The bar in the bistro was closed so had to order our meals and drinks in the front bar no table service. We ordered our meals at 1:00pm. At 3:00pm our meals finally arrived!!!! No communication from the so called manager to indicate they would be so long in coming out. We inquired ourselves after about hour and a half and were told couple more minutes. It turned out to be another 30 minutes! We weren't offered anything from the mismanager to compensate for the appalling service. Not even one free drink! Won't be going back until they hire a real manager that has some idea how to run a hospitality business.
I went here for a pint of the Carlton draught with my old man. We were able to enjoy a cold beer in a relaxing setting. The price was spot on. The pub has captured the feel of a modern venue while still paying an appropriate amount of tribute to the past of this historic area.
Classic pub. Talisker single malt scotch whisky from the isle of skye in Scotland I like it. It’s well balanced and peaty but not too smokey. Smooth and creamy texture too. This Shiraz grape gin from Healesville is really good for a gin, soda & lime cocktail
I'm new to the area and I came for the first time. And from now on this will be my new local, I love the guy with the mullet I'm getting the full aussie experience. He made made me feel so welcome. I love this place and I love Tequila.

Awesome pub ... dining area is the best ... Steak Night ... Uneven cuts of steak, a bit chewy but at $18.00 including a glass of wine ... 7/10
Unassuming, unpretentious and AMAZING food. All expectations exceeded. We had the lamb shoulder, chicken BBQ pizza and fried chicken tenders and loved every bite. This place has a really comfortable beer garden in the back - highly recommend sitting back there and enjoying the vibe. We are new to the neighborhood and will be coming back here often.
I had a great time! After receiving an email with Sunday blues invitation I booked a table for 5 people. The band played at the beer garden and was really nice. I had dark beers, Porter and Stout and an amazing chicken parma. Staff was friendly. Thank you!
