This is a great yoga studio lead and taught by Samir. If you want more than just the regular asanas (yoga poses) taught and lead by an experienced teacher from India then this is the studio for you. Sunday's class in particular is whole and complete in respect to a yogic experience of asana practice, pranayama and meditation all included - then this is where it's at! I have recently completed 200h yoga teacher training in this studio and I wholeheartedly recommend it! Janelle

When I started looking for the yoga training school, I was very confused, but when I talked to Samir, his experience and understanding of yoga philosophy helped me think clearly. The public classes at this studio follow the complete yoga practise including ashana, pranayama and meditation, which is a complete relaxation while energise you at the same time. I have recently competed my 200hrs of yoga teacher training course with Samir and looking forward to do an advance teacher training course in future. Hari Om, Shakuntla.
