I absolutely love the team at Healthy Balance Fitness. Through group classes I was able to build up my strength in order to improve my half marathon running in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Jodie and all of the trainers helped me to safely continue training during my pregnancy and would modify exercises and programs so I could continue training with the group. I love catching up with the other clients at training and although we work hard we also have a great time. As a new full-time working mum the ability to make up classes when things do not go to plan, as is often the case, is really valued. I would recommend anyone, of any age or ability to join the group at Healthy Balance Caulfield. They have kept me healthy for 6 years.

I have been going to Healthy Balance Fitness HIIT training at Caulfield for over 5 years and its the best training experience I have had and I have done a few!). The Trainers are all well qualified and knowledgeable. I would recommend Healthy Balance Fitness to anyone who wants to get in-shape or increase your fitness. This is group style training without the military style yelling and screaming!

Great HIIT and Boxing bootcamps in Caulfield park! All the instructors are lovely and very supportive of people of all levels and really know what they are doing. I have been attending these classes for about 5 months and have noticed my fitness levels improving dramatically. Would highly recommend!

I have been training with the team at Healthy Balance Fitness for over 12 months now and I am still loving it! Its the best balance and blend of personal training, in a group setting. Our trainers are top notch, and while they work us hard, they also understand we are there to have fun as well! No two classes are ever the same, and I love being able to do both the boxing and the HIIT bootcamp classes. At HBF, I feel welcome and included in the group, and have loved getting to know the other people in my classes. I would definitely recommend giving these classes a go - all fitness levels are welcome here, and I know mine have improved so much!
