Incredible equipment that is designed to strengthen specific muscle groups. Their ongoing review of my progress and my correct use of the equipment is unique. It's what makes this gym so special.
Stephen Harvey is amazing, his Stable and Able balance classes are helping to retrain my body - if you have any mobility issues or age issues you owe it to yourself to attend this class - and Peter Allen is simply the best physio I've ever seen and I've seen many. I suffered for years following a couple of nasty auto crashes but am now doing things that I never thought I'd be able to do again. Everyone is so helpful and you can tell that they really care about their clientele, positive atmosphere, highly recommended!
Great concept, university-trained staff who know me and care about my progress, excellent physiotherapists when additional care required. What really sets Kieser apart are the classes run by exercise physiologists to help people with serious illness - cancer, diabetes - and Stable & Able classes for those who are worried about poor balance.
This place is great. ALL staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The programs actually work and have allowed me to go from a chronic groin injury of 6 years to running again !!! Stronger than ever. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.
As apart of the Train for Change program headed up by Stephen Harvey, this program has got me back on track in terms of fitness post cancer treatment. I've seen the improvements from starting the program to now. I've gone from struggling with my fitness to enjoying it once again!

After being taken out by drunk drivers, and without help from the TAC who said I could "self-manage with medication", I thought I would never improve. Kieser has made such a positive difference — I never would have imagined that I could have made the gains I have, in less than a year, after more than a decade of being disabled and in constant pain. I haven't fully recovered, but I'm still making progress. I can't thank Michael and Ashleigh enough.
Kieser is the best thing that happened to me in that space...of pain control. My previous Physio didn't even bother the check my condition almost causing me permanent damage. Kieser physiotherapy is not just the most professional therapy it is a way of life...a better life.
Following a few trials on Kieser training equipment, I joined the Diabetic or Prevention group class in Kieser Caulfield. I underwent a pre - assessment of my health needs with BMI and Vo2 measurements. A program was tailored accordingly by an exercise physiologist. Each exercise class starts and ends with BP and BSL levels taken. The entire program runs for approximately an hour. It involves starting on a high intensity rate on the indoor bike followed by strength training on selected Kieser training equipment. I find it beneficial that the program is run under close supervision of an exercise physiologist as it keeps my general health in good check. This program for each individual is reviewed at an eight weekly interval. I would highly recommend this exercise program run by Stephen Harvey at Kieser Caulfield.
The Kieser trading program has honestly changed my life. After painfully suffering through years of severe back pain, Kieser has Helped me to put this behind me. The team at Kieser Caulfield are awesome & whilst it's a bit expensive I recommend every cent if your suffering back pain.
