Great Place to Workout. Gym remains super clean throughout the day and the plus side is that its very spacious. Friendly staff gives it the edge over other places.

Love this gym. Have been going since it opened and trust me compared to my previous gym this one is the best place to train. The equipment is first rate and always clean. The trainers are great and personal and you never feel that you don't belong there. In fact its not a muscle gym it just feels comfortable.

This Gym is a joy to attend. I have been a long time gym user and is the best I have attended. What I like is the fact since its opening, the owners have maintained an excellent standard on a day to day basis in the management of the gym (cleanliness and equipment) and are truly member focussed. Great to go to a gym that also upholds the guidelines of the gym relative to its use by members. Great operation!

Unfortunately I have just left this gym because I have moved out of the area, but couldn't recommend this gym enough. Anyone looking for a clean, friendly and well equipped gym this is the place to go, easily the best gym in the area.

Highly recommend Bianca for PT sessions! Shes the only trainer to date that has maintained my motivation to keep working at achieving my goals. Also very good at explaining things to me in a way I understand about what and why im doing certain exercises.
