I went to Optus at your Pakenham Store and a lovely lady Stephanie Lindemann was the sales assistant. She deserves such praise for 100 percent customer service and was so helpful and explained things to me who is not that Phone savvy!!! Great customer service Stephanie Optus are lucky to have you as their valued employee!!!

I stood quietly and patiently at the counter of the small shop where all customers are very visible. Saff were seated at a computer at the same desk facing me about 5 feet away. While standing I got out two phones and a tablet and a staff member who was seated with two others , one of whom was staff and the other seemed like they were, waved and mouthed/ gestured quickly "wont be long" 15 minutes poassed and the three women were still staring at the computer screen so I left . Not good enough at all. I had all sorts of ongoing business for Optus and I made a special trip in for zero.
