We booked the venue for my son’s 4th birthday and had a great party. Lali was absolutely amazing. We had a little trouble with the booking but he sorted out everything so well and absolutely helped us get things done at time. He made so many adjustments and all thanks to him, the party was a success.nOur host Dhruti was so wonderful and helped us in every way possible. Most of our guests were late which ended up our party getting delayed than the booked time but she helped move things a little late which made everything possible. She was also so nice with the kids.nThank you team for the amazing party.

The venue staff were excellent and genuinely tried their best to make everything happen. A big thank you to Darly Duty Manager and Dhruti Party Host—they did an outstanding job in ensuring the party ran smoothly and successfully. All the children had a wonderful time, and their efforts are truly appreciated.nHowever, my experience with the Customer Service team Ezcer and Grace was disappointing. They were unhelpful and provided a poor experience over the phone. I repeatedly received the same response: “Sorry, we are unable to reach the venue team and have not received any email replies from them.”nI waited four days without any confirmation of the party arrangements. In the end, I had to personally drive to the venue to confirm everything two days before the party, where the venue team informed me that all arrangements had already been confirmed.nI do not understand why the Customer Service team provided completely different information. This resulted in unnecessary stress and wasted time, including two extra trips to Botany.

We just had our son’s 8th birthday here yesterday, the kids all had an blast! Our party host Risha was amazing, she handled everything and made it hassle free!

Zone Bowling Botany is a fantastic place for kids and families. Have hosted my kids' birthday parties here in the past and also visit regularly for bowling, arcade games, and laser tag. The staff have always been attentive, helpful, and kind, which really enhances the experience.nThere’s a great variety of entertainment for all ages - the arcade games are excellent, and the laser tag is especially fun and exciting for both kids and adults. A well-run venue and a go-to spot for family outings and celebrations. Highly recommend!
