Came for a kids birthday party.  2 sets of 3 screens over the bowling lanes were faulty.  One set were flickering constantly.  The other had distorted image so you couldn't read all the names and the colours were off.  Those lanes should not be open.  The paint was peeling on most of the decor and one of the cushions in the both was ripped.  There was a party host but they were only there for the bowling part on nowhere to be seen after that.  Had to chase them to get the laser tag set up and were presented with a form to fill out with names and ages before the kids were allowed to go in.  This should have been given to us at the start of the party to avoid delays.  Staff were confused about the time the laser tag was booked for which also delayed things. There weren't that many staff at all for the amount of people.  Also buying cappuccino at the bar took ages even though there was only one person ahead of us.

Absolutely fantastic time and a real pleasure for many people from children to adults. Great fun, lovely helpful staff and a real gem for the city.  I sincerely hope that this place remains and that some innovative company visionary can help bring this back to the fabulous and still very popular destination for parties and for a good night's or day's entertainment.  I would love to see someone who would like to invest in the place and give it a little bit of work to bring it up to date...as it's a very under rated place which is very very popular with the people of Southampton and other areas.  This place needs a little bit of investment and whomsoever has the money to do that...without pricing it out of the reach of normal people won't be sorry.  It's a fantastic attraction and is always busy.  I do hope that someone will come to the rescue...we need to keep this place as it brings lot's of different people of all ages and skill levels together and the joy in the face's of those who achieve their first strike is infectious. Cheers and laughter everywhere.  If no on has the vision to see the continuous use of this attraction  then there's something wrong with the people who are trying to make the city a more attractive place to visit.  Tourists will love to visit..all it needs is a bit of an upgrade and not stupid unaffordable prices and you're definitely on a winner.  Bar, arcades and pool tables as well as sports to watch.  Best time is the bowling    Five Fabulous Star's

We went to the escape room Houdini's that is at this location, it was great fun and really well run, however it missed out on 5 stars as the rooms themselves were not heated and it was a cold day so most of our group was struggling.  I recommend layers if it is cold outside and you should have a great time

My husband and I brought our friends for a few games Saturday just passed as we have brought our children on many occasions and we had such a great time  we ordered food and drinks which were a good value for money and tasted fresh. We enjoy coming to tenpin as it's better value for money then our local bowling alley. Will definitely be back, thank you

Absolutely loved it! Been a long time since I'd actually been here, but worth the wait! Had 2 games with the misses and the family, she absolutely smashed me in the second but I won the first game 134-94...the second 99-85.. Jammy devil!...Great time out can't wait to go back again! Was very busy but service was excellent!! Dividers between each lane! Can just go ahead and order drinks and food as usual...plenty of spaces outside for parking, disabled friendly, great to be back there again! 5*

Went twice recently with my family and both times enjoyed the experience very much. Although the balls seems to have seen better days, they games were real fun and today we discovered there are also tables for tennis. I was very disappointed to discover that there is a plan to demolish the building in favour of building materials trading store. Someone should stop this madness and tell these people there was Homebase next door and it closed as it didn't do well at all.

If you hate children like we do don't come here on holidays. Obviously this is a family type of place so be warned. Their deals for drinks can make your wallet and head regret it the next day. The bowling experience is alright but if you struggle reading on old square TVs you might have some trouble keeping up with the scores. The covid screens make for nice privacy in your lane as well.

Got asked to add feedback to my 3 star score Cheap bowling with some faults. Seats torn/tatty, very few lightweight balls for kids, lots of issues with pins not resetting. It has such an old bowling system it has the old crt big box monitors. A lot cheaper than other bowling allies in Southampton but you can see why.  Escape rooms are excellent however.

Had a birthday party here for my 8y/o boy. Overall it was great, but loses a star as the music was excessively loud at times, there weren't really enough suitable balls for our party goers.  This meant they occasionally had to use heavier balls, which caused some frustration. Occasionally there were some strange things happening with the lanes but generally it was ok. We got a free session so I'm sure we'll be back to try out normal bowling

Great place too visit lots of room big bar areas children welcome babies too as long as they're being taken care of somr moms and dsds thinking it was a creche xx
