Xcentuate are genuinely supportive and really listen to your goals & concerns to help you achieve your best self. There is always a friendly and open atmosphere. As someone who has injuries, I came to Xcentuate with hesitation and caution but desperate for change. Working in conjunction with my allied health team they created a tailored program that challenges me & allows me to participate in group classes. Xcentuate has helped me rediscover my body's potential, love for staying fit and competitive side. As someone who was burnt out/tired of training at a high level, Michael and the team have helped me progress back into shape. Through a non judgemental, welcoming, family & community atmosphere this gym is perfect for anyone who is wanting to maintain a baseline level of fitness or someone who is training at an elite level.
I have been getting training with Michael and Liam for over a year now. I has been the most constant exercise of my life and therefore I've had the best results. They always make the sessions challenging, personalised and fun. I'd recommend this training studio to everyone looking to improve their health and fitness in a safe and fun environment.
I've been coming to Xcentuate for the last few years and I love it. Awesome one on one training as well as fun and challenging group classes. These guys know what there doing. In a sea of gym and personal training options now available, these guys are definitely worth it!

Was looking for some personal training sessions and found this gem in Stones Corner. Not only was Michael a great instructor, he is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does! Highly recommend a visit here.
These guys don't take the cookie cutter approach of some of the larger gyms. I have been going for a while and they really work at keeping me motivated. They put the personal into personal traing.
Great environment... knowledgeable trainers ... It wasn’t intimidating like the gyms feel ... they made me feel really comfortable and I’m confident they can help me reach my goals.
