Hard on Fitness first opened its doors in 2002 as a complete fitness studio, providing private one-on-one Personal Training sessions, and also larger group training sessions. The studio is fully equipped with a great range of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment. Hard On Fitness has also recently introduced hammer-strength technology and equipment.
