Joined up 2 years ago, at that time amenities were clean and top notch. Had coffee machine with milk, tv in the sauna area, clothes dryer, change room/toilets/shower areas always clean. Now faulty equipment take at least a fortnight to be fixed, no longer coffee machine available (save cost and increase profit), tv in the sauna removed as it was faulty and never replaced just dangling cables, clothes dryer was faulty instead of replacing or fixing it they just removed it, lockers don't think have ever been clean stinks everytime with the same dirt, toilets are always dirty with the same marks on the floor, shower rooms body wash always not available even during the mornings, showers rooms have mould growing on the walls and ceilings doesn't seem to be ever cleaned. Overall just dirty and never cleaned as you can come back a month later and the same rubbish pile in the corner is still there. Whatever breaks they just get rid of it and never replaces or fixes it. Charge the same as I first joined but doesn't put the money back into the gym fixing up amenities or in general ever clean the urinals.

I have been going there for two years and overall it's a great gym atmoshphere with a lot of facilities. Swimming pool , group classes , steam room and saunas etc. They recently replaced the machines which is great but a lot of machines are very similar . I wish they would have picked a wider variety of machines . They are now going 24h /7 which is a big +

The general cleanliness of this place is very ordinary. They sent out a member survey quite a while back and I told them about my concerns. Total waste of time filling it out. I have also tried contacting management by phone and once again waste of my time as they have never phoned back. General gym cleaning is soooo substandard and carpark and gardens are simply a pigsty every day!!!! Clearly the owners have no real passion for their premises !!!

Nothing special about this gym. Under investiment compared to FF gym's in Sydney. FF dont appear to be series about the Brisbane market.
