I joined F45 Carindale when my baby was 8 weeks old, determined to get back into it (and lose like a million kilos). There is a free creche session at 9.30 every day which helped me make my decision. My first session was a bit of a shock - it had been months since I had done anything so intense but I went at my own pace and am really happy with the results I have achieved so far. Emma and the team of trainers are excellent, really friendly and supportive, and from the first day I felt welcome and like part of the team. F45 Carindale is the first gym I have ever been a member of where the trainers know everyones name and welcome each of us as we walk in and high five us on the way out. It sounds cheezy (and it is) but it is also really nice and motivating! If you are on the fence still, just give it a go. You won't regret it.

I am blown away with my experience here, the staff are so friendly and motivating and i have never felt so driven to live a healthy more active lifestyle, thank you to the whole team and keep up the great work!!

The staff are exceptionally friendly, encouraging and welcoming. The facilities and equipment are great. Motivating vibe.
