X Convenience Elizabeth Downs

The staff are a disgrace, when there I often see them making fun of people including myself! It only seems to happen when the young female is working, when the others also join in, including the manager, if the girl is not on they're mostly friendly! I will be putting in a formal complaint!

They seem to ignore me, every time I walk in. They talk over me like I don't exist. But I get to eat stale sandwiches and dry pastries on my way home from late shift.... If they are not to busy with being on phone, talking to friends or running late with deliveries.

It is 1am in the morning, I want something to eat. The guy working tonight is friendly, and happy to stop whatever important thing I'm sure he was doing just to serve me at the night window. But what made me write this review is the attention to detail on the food wrapping. It's folded and presented so well. Honestly at this time of the night I'd be happy with anything but this stands out as above and beyond, focusing on the small things. Thank you! Added to that, this service station is consistently the best price for fuel or close to it in the area. And the friendliness is not a once off, but a standard thing here.

While their petrol prices are good. I've had nothing but bad service there. Sometimes I go there for cigarettes because they double as a tobacconist. When I do try and buy cigarettes and ask for pricing of those cigarettes the employees have just given me attitude and sighed more then once this has happened. On another occasion I asked how much a couple of different brands cost and the man that was "serving" me said "take your pick they all cost between X amount and X amount" which was rude and as if he could not be bothered to do his job. I won't be going there again. I will stick to OTR's from now on, the service there is a lot better.

Wonderful servo. The staff are friendly and helpful. The manager and his team are awesome. The buy 4 coffees 5th is free is fabulous. I love the loyalty card.

X Convenience in general is a great fuel station. Elizabeth Downs is no different! Fuel is cheaper then most other places. Staff are friendly, and welcoming. There is a good selection of food and drinks, the cakes look fresh and great. X Convenience is the go to petrol Station for me and my family member.

I visit this Servo almost everyday to get my morning coffee, they staff there are fantastic very friendly and welcoming they make a fantastic coffee i drive out of my way to visit them as i don't want to go anywhere else. Thank you to the staff there as they make my morning enjoyable and get me smiling for my day

Had a great interaction today with the cashier and my non verbal autistic son, my son loves to hand the money over where ever we go, the male cashier thought my son did such a great job he gave him a dounut. Thank you so much for such a great interaction, it helps to restore my faith that there are good non judgemental people left in this world.

Went down to get a Telstra mobile recharge instead i got a optus recharge want back in and said to them that i ask for Telstra but instead you gave me a optus he then said there was nothing he could do about it

It's like a time capsule here - engaging conversation, staff that are friendly and care, and superb customer service that you thought died yesteryear. Love this place!!
