Your staff members can't even acknowledge your customers within a minute, not even a simple hello, I will be with you in a minute, just ignored me the whole time. I was waiting at counter for at least 5 minutes. I walked out and they loss a sale. All I wanted was a Hot Chicken. I left angry and upset.

Staff are generally friendly however most don’t wait for you to finish your list of items before they run off to grab the two out of five things you want requiring multiple trips
