Visited tonight. Unremarkable. Fuel pumps are slow. Service is slow the two HJ's staff in particular had their backs turned talking, looking disinterested and their front fridge was almost empty. Bakery cabinets looked bare. Store looks like it hasn't been dusted or swept at all and the bathroom sink floods. Please do some maintenance in your stores, and maybe retrain staff to care more about their jobs, as well as exercise some basic interpersonal skills to engage their customers. I like the dog bowl though.

Sick to death of hearing staff getting abused by customers. Once again the milk shake machine is not working. To top it off the coffee machine isn’t working. It’s about dam time management spent some money. This has been going on and off for years. These wonderful people work dam hard for minimum wage. I have never had a problem with any of the staff all have gone above and beyond for customers. Thank you Jerry for 10 out of 10 for your service.

Rude attendant partner was almost accused of trying to rip them off. He went in gave the attendant $150 to buy smokes and change a $50 was given back incorrect change and asked where his money was. She looked at him and said I’m about to close anyways so I’ll know if it’s correct and in there, turns out she did have his money still in the till. How rude to insinuate he was trying to rip her off.

OTR Happy Wash - not happy! The car wash is rubbish. Waste of money. I sent feedback within the hour and asked for a refund as their claim to clean wheels is obviously fradulent, but they did not respond.

Went to the Subway side and it was absolutely filthy! I spoke to the supervisor who said that it gets dirty during the day. The 3 staff on were doing nothing when I walked in! Considering this is food people ingest, it should be spotless! Old food left in the toaster and all around the fresh food. Gross! Never going to go there again.

Very bad customer service. He was busy on his phone when I asked for something and he just ignored.

The advertised price for stock bares no similarities to the register price... absolute rip off

Went to use the Ladies/Disabled toilet. Filthy!!!!! Urine all over the seat. No toilet paper, so i couldn't even wipe the seat, which I would probably have done as was desperately needing to use toilet. We had every intention of purchasing coffee etc here, but left. I mentioned state of toilet to a staff member who was busy behind a closed counter and was told it would be taken care of. My need to use the toilet outweighed my ability to wait, so we left to find somewhere clean. My biggest concern is that, men and women alike use that particular toilet as it doubles as a disabled toilet. Therefore the cleanliness of the that toilet really should be a priority. It was busy when we arrived, to be fair, but we have used facilities in smaller centres, just as busy, but spotless. Bit of staff retraining perhaps covering hygiene as well as customer service.

Staff here not trained on how to give staff discounts for fuel.
