Great selection of drinks, snacks, etc. Oporto in store is clean and offers a fair bit of seating. Love that you can buy Krispy Kreme in store but the display for them is wide open and unfortunately there was a fly on mine trapped in the bag it was given in. Kind staff member offered a new one or refund. I took the refund as I imagine the others have germs all over them.nOverall, food and drink seem a little overpriced, but not a bad experience and staff were friendly

Poor form, the 2 gentlemen if you can call them that, I wouldn't have the worst customer service on the 1st Sept around 7 pm to 730pm. Half Star and I saw a TikTok saying the customers here were feral and Davo has better customers, to me it's not the customers who are the problems as I frequent this OTR regularly, its the majority of both female and male workers here and at Oporto also who have a superiority complex they think they own the establishment by the way they act and they honestly think they are better than their customer, you have maybe a two or three genuine people here who literally care about making a difference to a person's day by giving them a greeting and smile and not talking down to a person, as the 2 tonight did, very poor service OTR...

This OTR tends to very busy. So plan you visit to this store, and if you can use a app do so..nnThe staff are very nice and helpful, but generally run off their feet ..nnThe food is hot and fresh..and of course yummy.nnThe OTR is conveniently located and tends to attract alot of customers.nnThe coffee tends to vey nice and they heat your hot food while you wait ..nnIn general a very good experience.

The staff here in the coffee shop are kind and welcoming. I called in and Joshua promptly answered the phone and helped me leave a note for my partner who was coming in for a coffee. Long distance relationships are hard and this made his day. thank you so much!!

I had just finished training, and had the best service, my bondi wrap and bondi meal.. it was amazing, the girl that served me was absolutely super cute with a contagious smile, they were all being smashed with orders so naturally there was a bit of wait but everything was beyond my expectation, seriously well done
