So this is a really nice place and the doctor we see is super compassionate and easy to talk to. You do have to wait a while, but they are open everyday so if you are happy to wait you can see a doctor on the weekend. Lots of comfy couches to sit it though. Receptionist staff are lovely but one of them is actually really rude! Good service overall
So the owner clearly cant hold onto any doctors they all leave and wynyard still gets to charge you 25 bucks to transfer your own medical history all because this practice can't hold any doctors long term. Bull if your doctor leaves why should we have to pay? My doctor left so im done with this useless practice and reception staff. Go anywhere and ARC should be ashamed of himself. 150% reccommend anywhere else if i could give ZERO stars i would. RUN FAR AWAY.
Well I have very high Respect for this Drs service, until I moved interstate due to personal reasons. I found a drs were I moved to and requested my medical records to be transferred to my new drs. I get a Call from a very blunt rude Administrator manager stating they will not Pass on My medical records until I pay a fee. OMG they are my records I have paid for them in past by paying fees when I visit Dr I need my test results I had just before I left but won't pass them on either so I have to have scans and tests again how can Drs do this they don't own your medical records they are personal to the patient very wrong and discusting
The best care I have ever had is from this clinic. I have lived all over Australia and never encountered such thorough and caring doctors.nA big shout out to the lovely ladies on the front desk to who are patient and kind with everybody.nI highly Recommend Dr Namali and Dr Sukanya. Changed doctors and came to Wynyard Medical Centre. Dr Asadi is the best. Such great service and he actually cares for my well-being. So glad I changed as I now feel like I'm being looked after. After 4 years of pain Dr Asadi has put me on medication and I'm becoming pain free.nI've been with Dr Asadi now for just over six weeks, he has taken me off medications that were causing me harm. My kidney function has increased from 40% to now 75%. The best doctor ever, he is saving my life. Thank you.
